After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST on a Friday, will likely be shipped out early the following week. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times. After your order is confirmed, please allow 5-7 business days for your tracking details to update. (Note: Please allow a few extra days for your custom/engraved order to be processed)

We pay the cost of fully covered shipping insurance for all packages through Route Shipping Insurance. Rest assured, even if your package is lost/stolen or damaged in transit we will replace the package at no extra cost to you.
